PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a same kind of T cell which has resistance to a chemotherapeutic agent， as one object. SOLUTION: The invention relates to use of a ready-made same kind of a therapeutic cell used for immune therapy which is combined with chemotherapy. Especially inventors of the invention have developed an engineering production method of a same kind of T cell having resistance to a chemotherapeutic agent. A therapeutic advantage provided by the strategy must be increased by synergetic effects between chemotherapy and immune therapy. Especially the invention relates to a method for modifying the T cell by inactivating at least one gene which encodes a T cell receptor component， and modifying the T cell for applying medicine resistance to the T cell. The invention creates a way of a standard and inexpensive adoptive immunotherapy strategy for therapy of cancer. SELECTED DRAWING: None
