PHITS simulation data for Cold moderator Optimization

This dataset was collected for the design of a dedicated low-frequency target station for neutron-scattering experiments under very high pulsed magnetic fields. A scientific publication based on this dataset is currently in preparation. The dataset contains simulations for three Target–Moderator–Reflector (TMR) geometries, namely Flat, Framed Flat, and Inverted, using the European Spallation Source (ESS) 2 GeV proton beam. The data focuses on moderator cross-section optimization. All files are provided in pickle (.pkl) format and are fully readable with Python.
