This report presents the results of a large-scale axial pull tests on lined ductile iron (DI) pipe connected with bell-spigot joints. The purpose of these tests was to a) determine the capacity of the Starline 2000 liner, b) determine if the rate of axial pull affected the load-displacement results, and c) investigate the effects of an initial joint rotation of potential debonding between the liner and the host pipe.
