Black Carp Working Group Data: HUC2 Watershed Boundaries

The HUC 2 unit watershed boundaries were extracted from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Hydrology Dataset from the Watershed Boundary Data set. The hosted feature layer is being optimized to draw better at different scales.
