We reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of the family Oleaceae using PCGs of 37 complete chloroplast genomes . The protein-coding genes of 37 chloroplast genomes were extracted, aligned separately, and recombined to construct a matrix using PhyloSuite_v1.1.15. The matrix was used to perform phylogenetic analyses, and <i>Utricularia foliosa</i> was set as the outgroup. RA × ML version 8.2.4 was used to conduct ML analyses with 1000 bootstrap replicates and GTR + G + I substitution model.
