Evaluating the prevalence of spurious correlations in simulated pulsar timing array datasets

This dataset contains simulated pulsar timing array data based on the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array second data release. The dataset is described in detail in Zic et al. (2022) – its main purpose is to test the behaviour of gravitational wave inference pipelines for the presence of a common-spectrum noise process under datasets with increasingly disparate timing noise properties across pulsars.
