This dataset contains quantitative lipidomics data derived from exosomes isolated from pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs), pancreatic cancer cells (KPCs), and PSC-KPC co-cultures. The data were generated as part of a PhD project investigating exosome-mediated metabolic alterations associated with pancreatic cancer-related diabetes. The dataset includes raw LC-QQQ-MS files, processed peak area tables, and annotated lipid species profiles, encompassing major lipid classes such as triglycerides, diacylglycerols, ceramides, and phosphatidylcholines. Associated metadata files describe experimental conditions, replicate design, and analytical parameters. These data provide insights into the lipid composition of exosomes from stromal and cancer cell sources and are suitable for reuse in studies examining lipid metabolism, exosome biology, or pancreatic cancer pathophysiology.
