Vibrio anguillarum strain:CS13 Genome sequencing and assembly

This BioProject includes whole genome sequencing and hybrid assembly of Vibrio anguillarum isolates collectedthe exoskeleton of a blue crab (Callinectes sapidus) purchased from a seafood market in Seabrook, Texas, USA (February 2023). Genomes were sequenced using a combination of Illumina short reads and Oxford Nanopore long reads, followed by hybrid assembly and annotation. The goal of this project is to compare the resolution of MALDI-TOF MS and WGS for identifying Vibrio spp.
