收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the research dataset, questionnaire, and SmartPLS analysis output used for the study titled “Reducing Information Asymmetry Through Digital Transparency Capability: Evidence from the Used-Car Market.” The study examines how Digital Transparency Capability influences Purchase Intention in the digital used-car market through Perceived Transparency, Perceived Risk, and Trust, while also considering the direct role of Social Media Engagement in trust formation. The research adopts the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework and applies a quantitative explanatory design using cross-sectional survey data from 224 respondents who had searched for or considered purchasing a used car through digital channels. The dataset includes responses measured using a five-point Likert scale. The constructs measured in the study include Digital Transparency Capability, Perceived Transparency, Perceived Risk, Trust, Social Media Engagement, and Purchase Intention. The SmartPLS output files include measurement model and structural model results, including outer loadings, reliability and validity indicators, R-square values, graphical model output, and bootstrapping results for hypothesis testing. The data are provided for transparency, reproducibility, and academic verification purposes.
