Overview This dataset provides multilevel data on digital instructional innovation in Vietnamese schools, capturing both school-level conditions and teacher-level practices. 2. Design The data follow a cross-sectional multilevel structure with teachers nested within schools, enabling analysis of within-level, between-level, and cross-level relationships. 3. Variables The dataset includes: School-level variables: governance, digital leadership, and resource conditions Teacher-level variables: digital competence, AI use, pedagogical innovation, instructional integration, and student outcomes 4. Measurement All constructs are measured using 4-item, 7-point Likert scales. Composite variables are computed as mean scores and meet standard SEM reliability and validity thresholds. 5.
