Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) extract inhibits ferroptotic cell death by modulating cellular iron homeostasis

To investigate the mechanisms related to anti-ferroptotic effects of red clover extract, we performed differentially expressed genes analysis using data obtained from the RNA-seq of system xCT knockout mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for system xCT knockout mouse embryonic fibroblast cells with absense or presence of red clover extract.
