Paris polyphylla var. chinensis rhizosphere soil fungal Raw sequence reads
收藏资源简介:
To safeguard the natural Paris polyphylla var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara (PPC) resources and ensure sustainable PPC production, we aim to identify one or more efficacious plant hormones for enhancing seedling growth post-germination. This study assesses the capacity of melatonin (MT), strigolactone (SL), and 24-epibrassinolide (BR) to promote PPC biomass accumulation by modulating the plant's antioxidant system and the rich, moderate, and rare subcommunities structures of rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungi. SL can indirectly promote biomass accumulation by significantly increasing the moderate taxa diversity of fungal subcommunity and enhancing the abundance of the two beneficial fungi Trichoderma and Purpureocillium. The significant increases in Acremonium and Fusarium abundance under SL and BR treatments may have a negative impact on the soil health of the PPC rhizosphere.
