Genome-wide mRNA profiling of induced Medulloblastoma (iMB) from human iPS cells

We used human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to establish tumors recapitulating the histological and transcriptional hallmarks of MYC-driven medulloblastoma (MB). We generated neuronal precursors from human iPSCs. These neuronal precursors were transformed by the MYC oncogene combined with p53 loss-of-function to generate MB xenografts for RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiling of induced medulloblastoma xenografts from human iPS cells and comparing to clinical medulloblastoma specimens.
