Abstract This academic monograph systematically elaborates an emergent gravity theory based on quantum vacuum dynamics, seeking to provide a unified description of key physical issues such as gravity, quantum phenomena (the double-slit experiment and quantum entanglement), the origin of the universe, structure formation, as well as dark matter and dark energy. Starting from the Casimir effect, the theory introduces the vacuum annihilation rate field , and uniquely determines its coupling form with matter through quantum scale anomaly. Under the conformally flat metric, the particle equation of motion is equivalent to the geodesic equation in curved spacetime, thus interpreting spacetime geometry as an emergent phenomenon of vacuum dynamics. With only three core parameters , the theory achieves a unified description of phenomena ranging from the Casimir force at the nanoscale to cosmic expansion and structure formation. It has successfully made independent predictions for multiple observations including Newtons constant , Earths gravity, the upper mass limit of neutron stars, galactic rotation curves, and the CMB power spectrum, all of which are in high agreement with experimental data. Dark matter effects are naturally explained by scale-dependent gravity, and dark energy is driven by the dynamic vacuum energy density, eliminating the need to introduce unknown components. The theory also provides new physical mechanisms for problems such as quantum measurement, quantum entanglement, the black hole information paradox, and the arrow of time. Finally, it explores the prospects of future technologies such as gravity engines and quantum vacuum navigation based on vacuum manipulation, and points out the testable predictions and experimental verification directions of this theory.Full Text SummaryI. Theoretical ConstructionCore Hypothesis: Gravity is not a fundamental force but an emergent phenomenon of quantum vacuum dynamics at the macroscopic scale. Starting from the Casimir effect, the theory proposes the vacuum annihilation rate field , which describes the collective behavior of the creation and annihilation of virtual particle pairs in the vacuum.Uniqueness of Interaction: Based on quantum scale anomaly, the coupling form between matter and the vacuum field is derived as:This form satisfies Poincaré symmetry, causality and positive energy definiteness, making it the only possible low-energy effective coupling.Geometric Emergence: It is proven that under the conformally flat metric, the equation of motion of particles in the vacuum field is equivalent to the geodesic equation in curved spacetime, thus interpreting spacetime geometry as an emergent phenomenon of vacuum dynamics.II. Unified Description of the Four Fundamental InteractionsGravity: Generated by the amplitude perturbation of the vacuum field , it manifests as the pressure gradient of the vacuum momentum flux, with .Electromagnetic force, weak force, strong force: The real field is extended to a complex field , where the amplitude part corresponds to gravity and the phase part corresponds to gauge interactions; asymptotic freedom and quark confinement of the strong interaction are realized through the topological structure of the color direction field.III. Cross-Scale Parameter ClosureDescribing phenomena from the nanoscale to the cosmic scale with only three core parameters :Fitting the Casimir effect experiments ()Determining and from LHC dataMaking an independent prediction of Newtons constant , with a deviation of only 0.29% from the experimental valuePredicting Earths gravity , with a deviation of 0.02%Reducing the residual of Mercurys perihelion precession to Predicting the upper mass limit of neutron stars as , which is in high agreement with observationsIV. Explanation of Dark Matter and Dark EnergyDark matter effects: Scale-dependent gravity explains galactic rotation curves without the need for dark matter.Dark energy: The dynamic vacuum energy density drives the accelerated expansion of the universe, with , reducing the Hubble tension to within .V. New Explanations for Quantum PhenomenaDouble-slit experiment: Electrons excite vacuum waves, and the interference of these waves leads to the excitation of real particles; detectors polarize the vacuum, destroying coherence.Quantum entanglement: The rigid correlation of the vacuum ground state makes entangled particle pairs an integral mode, and measurement instantaneously affects the other end through the global correlation of the vacuum.VI. Black Holes and the Origin of the UniverseBlack hole event horizon: The field is finite at the event horizon with no curvature divergence, and information may be encoded in the global mode of the vacuum.Matter creation: Vacuum fluctuations generate real matter particles through decoherence and energy localization.Cosmic expansion: Driven by the pressure difference between the matter region and the external vacuum, a modified Friedmann equation is derived to unify cosmic expansion and structure formation.VII. Entropy and the Arrow of TimeEntropy production rate , which is directly related to the evolution of the vacuum field. The arrow of time is anchored by the monotonic evolution of , allowing the coexistence of global entropy increase and local order.VIII. Future Technologies and Civilizational ProspectsGravity engines: Generating thrust by modulating , which can theoretically enable efficient interstellar travel.Quantum vacuum navigation: Achieving high-precision positioning by using and as the "topographic map" of the universe.Civilizational transition: Mastering vacuum manipulation means a shift from passively adapting to physical laws to actively harnessing the fundamental substrate of the universe.IX. Theoretical Consistency and Testable PredictionsComparison via AIC/BIC shows that this theory is superior to the Standard Model plus General Relativity (fewer parameters and better fitting). The predictions include:A resonance peak of gravitational waves near 1.8 kHzA slight deflection at the edge of the black hole shadow ( radians)A proportional shift of the CMB acoustic peaksNon-blackbody characteristics in the radiation spectrum of primordial black holesAn extremely tiny variation of fundamental constants (e.g., )
