with inTouch and Harmony Alliance submitted to the Department of Home Affairs
feedback in regards to the proposed English language requirement and new
sponsorship framework for the Partner Visa Program on 31 March 2021.
The report focuses on the negative and unintended consequences of the
proposed English language proficiency requirements and sponsorship framework
for the Partner visa program on women from migrant and refugee
backgrounds.
