GSE International School M&A Transactions Directory, dataset v41

International School M&A Transaction Dataset, version v41, compiled 24 September 2026, published by Global Services in Education (GSE). 207 entries covering fee-paying K-12 school transactions, special educational needs provision, school property traded separately from the operating business, and listed operators carried as comparables. Core coverage runs from 2021 to 2026, with benchmark transactions back to 2011. Every figure is graded Published, Strong estimate, Reported or GSE derived, and each row names its source. From v41 the file carries three flag columns: counts_published_value, counts_no_price and has_party_financial_figure. Each headline count on the directory page is the number of rows flagged Y: 35 party-published values, 140 party-confirmed deals where no party has disclosed a price, and 49 entries carrying a party-published financial figure. Changes since v30: coverage extended from 105 to 207 entries, principally through a September 2026 search of sixteen school groups' own announcements back to 2021, and two duplicate records merged.
