OrthoGroup delineation from 145 arthropod species

Orthology was delineated at the level of the Last Common Ancestor (LCA) of all the 145 selected arthropod species, where an orthologous group (OG) represents the set of genes descended from a single gene in the arthropod LCA. OGs were reconstructed from 142 publicly available annotated proteomes and three myriapod species newly assembled and annotated.
