gut microbial diversity of mice in herbivore feces environment

In this study, the effects of environment containing large herbivores on intestinal flora diversity of mice of different ages were studied. The results showed that weaning mice of 6days-treatment which the intestinal microflora diversity was significantly increased. There was not significantly changed of 12 days- treatment compared with 6days-treatment. And the gut microbiota diversity of weaning mice was increased at the 30 days compared with the control group, but there was no significant change in adult mice.
