Correlation and Agreement Between Fasting And Random Lipid Profile in a Bangladeshi Cohort

This dataset accompanies a cross-sectional study examining the correlation between fasting and random lipid profile measurements in adult participants. The dataset includes de-identified demographic, anthropometric, clinical history, and biochemical variables, along with fasting and random lipid values collected under routine clinical conditions. The aim is to evaluate whether random lipid testing can reliably approximate fasting values, potentially simplifying dyslipidemia screening. All identifying information has been removed, and variables are fully described in the accompanying codebook and README file. This dataset is shared to promote transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses in lipid research.
