Hepatitis B Treatment Impact on lncRNA and Immune Signaling in Maternal-Fetal Tissues

To assess the impact of anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) therapy on lncRNA expression and immune signaling pathways in umbilical cord blood and placental tissue, with the goal of identifying therapeutic targets for intrauterine infection prevention. Umbilical cord serum and placental tissue were collected from six HBV carriers. Three pregnant women underwent antiviral therapy, while three served as untreated controls. LncRNA microarray analysis and bioinformatics were used to evaluate therapy effects on lncRNA expression and signaling pathways.
