Summary statistics 'Modeling cis-regulatory variation in brain enhancers across a large Parkinson's disease cohort' (preprint)

Summary statistics from bulk meQTL and cell type-specific eQTL, caQTL and ASCA analysis, performed as described in accompanying manuscript. Of note, we do not provide full results for all tested variants for eQTLs due to zenodo submission size limiations. eQTLs are limited to variants with FDR<0.1. Please get in touch if the full dataset is needed. Please note the reference genome is T2T-CHM13v2.0
