Developing the script "Degenerate primer 111" to enhance the coverage of universal primers for the 16S rRNA gene on target microorganisms

Improvements were made to the universal primers to enhance coverage of target microorganisms. Subsequently, the 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology was employed on eight samples to compare the differences between these improved primers and the original ones in actual detection.
