IMPACT OF LIFESTYLE FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESSION OF CARDIOVASCULAR COMPLICATIONS IN INDIVIDUALS WITH METABOLIC DISORDERS
收藏资源简介:
Lifestyle factors play a critical role in the development and progression of cardiovascular complications in individuals with metabolic disorders. Poor diet, physical inactivity, smoking, stress, and inadequate sleep contribute to obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and hypertension, which collectively increase cardiovascular risk. Evidence shows that adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors, including balanced nutrition, regular exercise, smoking cessation, and stress management, significantly reduces cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Understanding the relationship between lifestyle and cardiovascular outcomes is essential for implementing preventive strategies. Early intervention, patient education, and multidisciplinary care can improve metabolic health and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease. This study emphasizes the importance of lifestyle modification as a primary approach for the prevention and management of cardiovascular complications in patients with metabolic disorders.
