This dataset supports the manuscript "Tunable Artificial Atoms: Engineered Quantum Building Blocks for Scalable Processors and Unhackable Networks" submitted to Quantum Engineering (Wiley, 2026). It includes raw cryogenic measurement logs, processed performance metrics (>99.6% gate fidelity, 2.3× coherence gain, >60% crosstalk suppression), circuit-QED simulations (QuTiP/Python), device fabrication schematics (GDSII/PDF), and Jupyter notebooks that reproduce all key figures.
