This study evaluates and compares the diagnostic performance of two molecular methods real-time quantitative PCR and metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS)for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples.
