Whole-genome sequencing of Ogataea polymorpha yeast strains BEP/cat8? and its derivatives

Yeast cultures of BEP/cat8?, BEP/cat8?/DAS1/TAL2, and BEP/cat8?/DAS1/TAL2/107/2-DG/BrPA (A107) strains were sequenced to identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and structural variations. Genomic DNA was extracted, sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000, and analyzed using bwa, Snippy, and Qualimap tools to provide a high-quality genome assembly and coverage depth.
