Additional file 5. Late differential gene expression analysis in rods. rd10 rod cluster C02 and rd10 rod cluster C03, which were adjacent in the pseudotime analysis, were compared with differential gene expression analysis to determine transcriptomic differences that occurred with increasing pseudotime values. Avg_logFC values larger than 0 indicate that the gene is upregulated in C03 compared to C02.
