To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.本研究采用cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）技术检测年轻、中年及老年小鼠的转录组（transcriptome），旨在评估小鼠不同组织中与衰老相关的分子变化。本研究纳入雌雄双性小鼠，对多组织层面的年龄效应进行分析。关键词：年龄与性别对比分析。本研究共纳入至多40只小鼠，按年龄与性别分组开展对比研究。
