GCAD-Global v1.2 and Nature flagship analysis package: inverting the institutional filter of global industrial accident records (1970-2025)

Version v1.12: Nature flagship submission package (editorial pre-review, ninth pass - consistency closeout after the reproducible-model correction). Harmonised multi-source corpus (525,632 source records, about 305,000 chemical-relevant) from ARIA/BARPI (France), NRC/USCG (USA) and eMARS (EU), with GDELT and MEM-CN exploratory layers. v1.12 removes a residual contradictory joint-model formula from Methods (now unambiguously per-tier income slopes), synchronises the cover letter to the per-tier result, renames the detection-model P-values as model-based, shortens the manuscript title, removes numbers from the abstract, separates the data/code availability and funding statements, and enables line numbering in the Word files. It retains the earlier passes: the identification boundary (SI 2A), the near-separation robustness (SI 3B; 96.7% bootstrap monotone, minor-major slope difference +9.9, 95% CI 1.35-45.49), anchor distinguishability, RKI rank argument, 10 Extended Data figures with Supplementary Tables 1-12, and a 2,500-word main text. Includes 68 machine-readable tables and the full 81-script pipeline.
