NiV and HeV virus like particles (VLPs) were used on HEK293T cells to determine transcriptomics profile

To delineate cellular processes involved in NiV and HeV VLPs, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify the upregulated and downregulated genes. Total RNA was collected from transfected cells and untransfected controls. Cy3 labeled cRNA is used for hybridization platform Agilent Human 4 x 44K gene expression array. Time-course based transfections were performed at 2h and 19h post-incubation time-points. These VLP treated cells were compared to untreated HEK293T cells. Five replicates were performed for each condition.
