De-identified dataset and code for: Admission NT-proBNP vs AHEAD score for 1-year mortality in acute heart failure

This Zenodo record provides the de-identified minimal dataset and analysis code underlying the study “Admission NT-proBNP provides stronger prognostic information than the AHEAD score for 1-year mortality in hospitalized acute heart failure.” The dataset includes 430 consecutive patients hospitalized with acute heart failure in a single-center retrospective cohort. The primary outcome is 1-year all-cause mortality (event indicator with follow-up time capped at 12 months). Key variables include admission NT-proBNP (and ln-transformed values), AHEAD components/categories, and covariates used in the Cox/logistic models. A data dictionary and reproducible analysis scripts are provided to enable full replication of the reported results.
