Simulated Datasets for Power Analysis of the Manuscript Titled "The MCTOT App: A Publicly Available Tool for Statistical Cycle-to-Threshold Analysis and Inference of Informative but Uncertainly Determined qPCR Data"

The first dataset contains 20,000 samples, ordered by the gene variable, with all s-gene samples appearing first, followed by all n-gene samples. To construct replicates:The first replicate consists of the first 10 consecutive s-gene rows and the first 10 consecutive n-gene rows, stacked together to form a 20-sample block.The second replicate uses the next 10 s-gene rows and the next 10 n-gene rows, combined similarly.This process continues, pairing each successive block of 10 s-gene and 10 n-gene samples.Using this method, a total of 1,000 replicates (each with 20 samples) can be created from the dataset.The second dataset contains 24,000 samples, ordered by the dose variable, with all zero-dose samples appearing first, followed by all 240-dose samples. To construct replicates:The first replicate is formed by stacking the first 12 consecutive zero-dose rows with the first 12 consecutive 240-dose rows, creating a 24-sample block.The second replicate uses the next 12 zero-dose rows and the next 12 240-dose rows, combined in the same way.This process continues, pairing each successive block of 12 zero-dose and 12 240-dose samples.Following this method, 1,000 replicates—each containing 24 samples—can be generated from the dataset.
