IMEx / IntAct Coronavirus Dataset, collapsed edges

Full Coronavirus dataset as extracted from IntAct on July 2020. Each edge is a composite of multiple physical interaction evidence, with edge colour and thickness representing the amount of evidence behind it. Node colour represents different species origin and node shape different molecule types. SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-1 proteins are represented as larger nodes for ease of identification.
