ChIP experiment, cross-linked protein-DNA complexes from two CsAGL6-OX lines (AGL-18 and AGL-34) were immunoprecipitated . To ensure data reliability, two transgenic lines used in two biologically independent immunoprecipitated samples were used for library construction and high-throughput sequencing. CsAGL6 bound to DNA at various genomic locations, including promoters, 5’ and 3’-UTRs, exons and introns . The distances between the CsAGL6 binding sites and the transcription start site (TSS) were determined .
