Iron-related gene expression in MSA

Human post-portem Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and control aged brains were examined for mRNA expression of iron-related genes Globus pallidus, putamen, substantia nigra, and frontal cortex of 7 Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and 6 age-matched control human brains were examined for mRNA expression of select iron-related genes, using a Nanostring custom nCounter panel.
