In vivo cardiac function during swimming in juvenile cobia (Rachycentron canadum) following crude oil exposure

Cardiac output indices of stroke volume and heart rate were collected using doppler flow probes and doppler flow meter connected to a Powerlab data acquisition hardware connected to a Macintosh running Labchart v8.1.4 data acquisition software. All Labchart files were converted to .txt files. A readme file is included for each file. Water quality spread sheets were converted to .csv files.
