Permits

A listing of permits (commercial, residential, engineering, etc.) that have been applied for in Gilbert, AZ since 2003. Data set Details (pending): Permit ID: A unique, machine-readable identifier assigned to each permit to distinguish it from other permits. Permit Number: A categorized system identifier assigned to each permit. Work Class: A working category for each permit. Address ID: A unique, machine-readable identifier assigned to each address in the permitting system. Address Type: A qualifier for the Address ID. Only permits with an address type are given an Address ID. Will almost always default to "Site Address". Permit Type: The type of permit applied for. Permit Status: The current status of a permit as of the date of latest publication/update. Permits can be Accepted, Approved, Cancelled, Finaled, Hold, Issued, or Under Review. Issued Date: The date the permit was issued, once it has passed the Issued status. Permit Valuation: Dollar amount of the estimated valuation given for a requested permit. Street Number: The numerical portion of the street address for which the permit was requested. Street Direction: The cardinal direction portion of the street address for which the permit was requested. Street Name: The street name portion of the street address for which the permit was requested. Street Type: The portion identifying the type of street of the street address for which the permit was requested. Street Suffix: The suffix or cardinal direction at the end of the street address for which the permit was requested. Address Suite: The suite portion of the street address for which the permit was requested. Address Full: The full street address for which the permit was requested consisting of the combined number, direction, name, type, and suffix of the address. Address City: The city portion of the address for which the permit was requested. Address State: The state portion of the address for which the permit was requested. Address ZIP: The ZIP Code portion of the address for which the permit was requested. Longitude: A longitudinal coordinate for the address for which the permit was requested. Latitude: A latitudinal coordinate for the address for which the permit was requested. Apply Date: The date the application for the permit was submitted and accepted. Fiscal Year: The fiscal year (July to June) for which the permit is filed. Calendar Year: The calendar year (January to December) for which the permit is filed. Parcel Number: The parcel number for the permit requested. This parcel number is derived from the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. Project Name: A project name given or assigned to assist with grouping related permits. Project names are typically chosen by the Town for organizational purposes. Not all permits will be assigned a project name. Final Date: The date which a permit was Finaled in the permitting system.
