This dataset contains multi-locus sequences and alignments underlying the phylogenetic analyses in “Decoding pathogen ecological memory from chemical-stress phenotypes” (in review). Target genes include ITS, GAPDH, and ACT for six coffee-associated Colletotrichum isolates (P23-55, P24-83, P24-85, P24-88, P24-192, and P24-193), together with reference sequences used in the paper. Files include per-isolate consensus sequences, gene-wise multiple-sequence alignments (MUSCLE), and a concatenated alignment (ITS+GAPDH+ACT). Additionally, the package contains cacao-associated isolate sequences from the prior UV stress study, enabling direct comparison across chemical and physical stress datasets.
