Assessing Indoor Bioaerosol Diversity in Waste Transfer Stations and Its Implications for Streptococcus pneumoniae Pneumonia Prevention

Understanding the characteristics and diversity of bioaerosols is crucial for protecting public health and developing new biotechnologies that can improve human well-being. This study aimed to analyze the microbial aerosol diversity at four different seasons of waste transfer stations and isolate beneficial bacteria for the development of a composite microbial preparation with preventive effects against lung inflammation.
