COST1, as a plant-specific gene, is closely related to plant growth and stress tolerance. We found that COST1 interacts with a variety of proteins by IP-MS, and we screened the relevant interacting proteins of COST1 and constructed several relevant mutants, and analysed the synergistic regulatory effects of COST1 and potential interacting proteins at the RNA level by transcriptome sequencing.
