资源简介:
The CRCNS.org hc-28 data set contains recordings from hippocampus regions CA1 (primarily dorsal CA1 and some intermediate CA1 recordings) and medial prefrontal cortex (PFC, prelimbic and infralimbic regions) from three male Long-Evans rats learning a continuous alternation W-track task. The data was used to determine relationships between activity in hippocampus and PFC neurons to learning, memory and decision making. The main behavior performed by the animal during the experiments was an alternate choice task in a W-shaped for 8 days, with interleaved behavior and rest sessions. After achieving stable performance, animals perform the same task in novel and familiar environments in alternating epochs for the final 3 days. The data was used to produce results described in the following papers: Jadhav SP*, Rothschild G*, Roumis DR, Frank LM. (2016). Coordinated excitation and inhibition of prefrontal ensembles during awake hippocampal sharp-wave ripple events. Neuron. 90(1):113-127. PMID: 26971950.
