Pseudomonas fluorescens PICF7-induced EST sequences identified after Blastx analysis as homologous to olive (Olea europaea) genes previously included in databases.

Sequence names, putative protein functions, accession numbers and E-values are indicated.ESTs ARBRI-C23 and ARBRI-C134(1), ARBRI-C67 and ARBRI-C89(2), and ARBRI-2_T7_H05 and ARBRI-4_T7_H08(3) showed similarity to the same olive accessions in the databases but at different sequence regions. The different protein regions to which they showed similarity were identified by BLASTx algorithm under different names, except for the olive β-glucanase (Accession Number CAH17549).
