RNA and miRNA sequencing of an IGF1R transgenic mouse model of lung cancer

RNA and miRNA sequencing of lung tumors induced by transgenic overexpression of the type-I insulin like growth factor receptor was carried out to examine the molecular changes associated with lung tumorigenesis and explore potential similarities with a collection of mouse lung cancer models and human non-small cell lung cancer. 4 tumor samples from SPC-IGF1R mice and 4 normal lung samples from non-transgenic (wild type) mice were used for RNA and miRNA sequencing for a total of 16 samples
