Identification of fusion gene RELB-NECTIN2 in renal cell carcinoma

Based on RNA-seq of a patient with pRCC, We identified the fusion gene RELB-NECTIN. To investigate the genes whose expressions were affected by the overexpression of RELB-NECTIN2, and may contribute to RELB-NECTIN2-mediated cell behaviors, we performed RNA-seq on the RELB-NECTIN2 overexpressing A704 cell line and control cell line.
