ephys-4: Spontaneous activity
收藏资源简介:
This experiment was designed to evaluate changes in spontaneous neural oscillatory activity between awake and deeply anesthetized states within the same subjects. Extracellular recordings, acquired in the S1 region, were performed in awake, head-fixed mice. After an initial recording of spontaneous brain activity in the awake state, animals were gradually anesthetized using isoflurane while remaining in the setup. Once a deep anesthetic state was confirmed (by absence of reflexes and stable slow breathing patterns), spontaneous cortical activity was recorded again without removing or adjusting the setup. This paired design allows for direct within-subject comparison of spontaneous spectral features across brain states. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027.
