资源简介:
Vanadium (V) is a ubiquitous trace element which comes into the environment from either natural or industrial sources. Environmental concern of vanadium arises nowadays as it is very harmful to humans, plants and animals with high concentrations. It has been reported that microorganisms in soil are far more sensitive to exogenous contaminants than animals or plants. Therefore, microbial community structure often be investigated as good indicator for soil pollution. However, the information about how indigenous microbial communities in soils respond to V contamination is limited. In this project, microbial community in purple soil was investigated under different loading of V(V) in order to learn the effects of vanadium on the microbial community.
