Source data and MATLAB code for single-molecule nanopore-tweezers analysis of transcription elongation by intact and stalk-less yeast RNA polymerase II

This record contains processed source data and MATLAB plotting/fitting code used to generate figure-level analyses for the manuscript "Single-molecule nanopore-tweezers analysis of transcription elongation by intact and stalk-less yeast RNA polymerase II." The source data include processed TEC-by-position dwell-time matrices for saturating-NTP and limiting-NTP SPRNT experiments. Raw current preprocessing, current-level finding, and current-to-position alignment were performed as described previously.
