Exosomal miRNA sequencing of blood samples from normal and preeclampsia pregnant women

Preeclampsia (PE) is a gestational hypertensive disorder, which affects approximately 5% of pregnant women, is one of the most important complications during pregnancy and a leading cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. The precise aetiology of preeclampsia is still not fully understood until now. Therefore, we performed exosomal miRNA sequencing of blood samples from normal and PE pregnant women aim to provide new perspectives for the prediction and treatment of PE and new bio-markers for diagnosis of PE.
