Unauthorized MMS Supervisory Control in IEC 61850 Digital Substations: Dataset

Normalized full-corpus MMS capture dataset (428,204 records) from experimental IEC 61850 digital substation attacks, with reviewed ground-truth labels, scenario summaries, and a 100k-record sample subset. Produced for the paper "Unauthorized MMS Supervisory Control in IEC 61850 Digital Substations: From Attack Scenarios to a Labeled Dataset" CyberICPS 2026, workshop at ESORICS 2026. The companion software artifact (baseline IDS, scripts, configs) is available separately on Zenodo.
