IgE production in type 2 immunity is strictly dependent on CD4+ T helper cells. To further elucidate whether butyrate affects IgE production via regulating CD4+ T cells, we took mediastinal lymph nodes (MedLN) from asthmatic mice with or without butyrate supplementation for single-cell RNA sequencing Overall design: Total cells were sorted from MedLNs of C4-treated or -untreated OVA-induced asthma model.
